This one is a little different from the normal date scenario, and it might be one of our toughest ones yet. We need to help Bert Show listener Allie tell her dad that she dropped out of school…a semester ago.
She went through a break up, lost her job, and needed to take a step back and take some time before she goes back. The thing is, she just didn’t tell her dad when she took that time off and now he’s telling EVERYONE about her upcoming graduation…which isn’t happening.
And it doesn’t help that it gets super tense when Bert and Cassie butt heads in a MAJOR way with a fight over mental health and taking a step back when you need it.
