Louisiana teacher accused of raping 10-year-old student

A teacher at a school in Lake Charles has been arrested for alleged sexual misconduct with a student. 34-year old Deidre R. Smith faces first-degree rape charges and is charged with felony of indecent behavior with a juvenile.
