According to CNN, a new study shows that drinking five cups of coffee a day was no worse for your heart than if you were to drink one cup. This study, which surveyed over 8,000 people across the UK, even found that people who drink up to 25 cups a day were no more likely to experience a stiffening of the arteries than someone who drinks even less than one cup!
So drink up, coffee aficionados! Just, please do us all a favor and brush your teeth. 25 cups may not hurt your heart, but it’s not doing any favors for your breath.
