One of Bert’s friends told him there’s a school that confiscates electronics for AN ENTIRE YEAR. Yep, the kid of his friend’s sister got their phone taken away…and the school REFUSED to give it back to the mom, even after she contacted them. So, she called the cops and the POLICE had to go retrieve the phone.

Others make kids PAY to get their stuff back – they literally hold it ransom! Sure, you broke a rule, but is holding someone else’s property – especially if it’s really the *parents’* property – hostage or for ransom fair?
