Sue’s has been a staple in Bossier for over 30 years — great food.. 24/7.. so family breakfast in the morning, and something to soak up the booze at 3am before you went home ;). Unfortunately, after the initial COVID lock down the owners decided not to reopen and the building has sat empty for over a year.. well, some new life is coming to the old Sue’s Country Kitchen soon!
