Madonna has released Confessions II The Film, a new visual project tied to her upcoming album Confessions II. In the rollout for the project, the short film was presented as a cinematic preview of the album, using new music to build a connected story around nightlife, performance, and transformation.
The film is now available to watch online after an earlier premiere at the Tribeca Festival. Directed by TORSO, it features a large cast of familiar faces, including Sabrina Carpenter, Julia Garner, Benedict Cumberbatch, Lourdes Leon, Kate Moss, Debi Mazar, Gwendoline Christie and Richard E. Grant.
Confessions II continues the world Madonna first built with her 2005 album Confessions on a Dance Floor. The new project leans into club culture, fashion and choreographed visuals, while also pointing toward the full album release on July 3, 2026.
For fans, the film serves as both a music preview and a reminder of Madonna’s long relationship with dance pop and visual storytelling.
