Bert Weiss

Bert Weiss, morning radio show host for the nationally syndicated “The Bert Show” has been a very influential figure in Atlanta since moving here in 2001. Continuously voted Atlanta’s number one morning radio show, Bert and his co-hosts strive to bring morning listeners a blend of lifestyle advice, national entertainment news, celebrity interviews, humor and on-air community for the past 12+ years.

Along with his well-respected career in radio, Bert is very involved in philanthropy. Shortly after moving to Atlanta, Bert started his own non-profit, Bert’s Big Adventure (BBA), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides a magical, all-expenses-paid, five-day journey to Walt Disney World for children with chronic and terminal illnesses and their families and continues to support them with year-round programs. Since the beginning of the organization, Bert’s Big Adventure has grown in popularity with more than 160 families across the U.S. participating in this magical opportunity.

Bert has been recognized for both his outstanding career and philanthropy with awards such as the 11 Alive Community Service Award and the Top 100 Most Influential Atlantans.

When Bert is not working on the show or spending time organizing BBA activities, he is the proud father of two sons, Hayden and Hollis, who continuously make him laugh.
